Vinyl Drum Machines From Mars
Vinyl Drum Machines is a royalty free pack of 40 drum machines pressed to vinyl, and sampled. We selected our favorite machines (no samplers here; only machines with factory sounds), from classics to rarities, vintage to modern, and everything in between, and sampled them cleanly, and with processing. Then, we pressed the results to vinyl, transcribing the record cleanly, but also physically damaging the record and sampling the results with a multitude of cartridges, phono stages and turntables. The results: an expansive pack of 1333 royalty-free, dirty, dusty, punchy and warm vinyl drum machine one-hits.Drum Machines sampled: Rhythm Ace, DR55, Dr Bohm, Dr Bohm Mini Bohm, Drumulator, Machinedrum, Monomachine, Perkons HD-01, XBase 09, DDD1, KPR-77, Minipops, Minipops JR, Volca Drum, Lindrum, LM1, Modular (multiple eurorack), MPC-1, DMX, CR-78, Rhythm 700, TR-505, TR-606, TR-626, TR-707, TR-727, TR-808, TR-909, DPM-48, TOM, MDP-40, Clap Trap, LXR, Pocket Operator, Kick Lancet, PCM 64, Wendel, MR10, MR16, RX-5
Vintage Rhythm Boxes
As the third installment of the rhythm box series recorded at the epic synth store and warehouse, Three Wave Music in New Jersey, this pack celebrates the true classics. It explores the sounds of the Acetone FR-1 and FR-2L, as well as the Univox SR-55. The Acetone was a precursor to Roland, so you could say the FR-1 is the great great grandfather of the 808. Univox was a precursor to Korg. We took two approaches to this pack. We captured and shared the raw, unfiltered sounds these instruments produce and transformed some of them to create something entirely new to fit into any modern production.
