Nightout - Trap Soul Rnb is something special, a cool floating soulful sample pack with 7 vocal toplines.The pack has been created by one of the most experienced sample teams who have managed to construct and glue together a mix of multiple genres like Soul, Trap, RnB, and Pop, while still maintaining a cohesive unique overall feel.When we asked our production team what really gave them the inspiration to build the pack, they answered that the freedom to make and mix, and match different genres together with vocals were the catalyst for the creation of the instrumental and song starter loops.In this sample pack, the 2 Ukrainian vocalists Roman Prus and Tatiana Tripolko (who have already been featured in several other hit sample packs in the past) joined the team and recorded 7 different acapella's to top of the instrumentals. The utmost care was taken in the recording of the vocals, as they were professionally recorded using a Shure SM7B microphone and high-end software such as UAD and Waves.Nightout Trap Soul Rnb contains infectious hooks, harmonies, full vocals and adlibs, vocal chop loops, song starters, bass loops, synth loops, and much more.The vocals have been divided into: verse and chorus, they also contain all the harmony vocal loops.

Adam’s Tama, Ludwig, Pearl and Noonan drums along with his Sabian Cymbals were recorded thorough Londons legendary Livingston Studio’s CS75 Powered by Neve desk utilising its onboard 1073 preamps, each nuance captured by a selection of mic’s from mic’s by Neumann, Royer, AKG, Shure and Sennheiser. We truly enjoyed producing this collection in the knowledge of it being far from just another run of the mill loop pack, we truly believe these beats will add that extra special edge to your productions. Eric’s selection of Fender, Lakland and Status basses were recorded through various DI boxes into a Neve 1073 Preamp, these were then re-amped when required through a vintage Amgeg B15 amp and various vintage synth/ effect processors from Moog, Roland, Musictronics, Electro Harmonix and many more. We truly enjoyed producing this collection in the knowledge of it being far from just another run of the mill loop pack, we truly believe these beats and grooves will add those extra special elements to your productions.

Recorded at Laboutique Studios Dakar, Senegalese singers Tidiane Batjily and Marietou Kouyate laid down improvised vocals in the style of Malian traditional folk (of the country Mali), mbalax, and Afrobeat. These vocals are powerfully stunning and mesmerizing. Upon his return to the music industry after a many year break, Tidiane Batjily found himself singing on many rap records. But truly, these male and female vocals showcasing many West African styles could find a home in any type of production from pop to psych to electronic and beyond.

J3PO x THE OX - Hip-Hop & Progressive Soul offers a collection of expertly recorded and processed drums, synths, keys and one-shots. Blending hip-hop, R&B, and Neo-Soul, with over 250 loops & one-shots, each sound has been meticulously recorded, mixed, and designed, offering a treasure trove of soul-tinged melodics, raw breaks, lo-fi beats, and music stacks. These samples were recorded at the legendary United Recording, Studio A, featuring their iconic 72 input Focusrite Console. The centerpiece of the control room is a custom-built Neve 68 input 8068/8088 console and a 10 input Neve BCM 10 with original 1073 mic-pre EQ’s to bring the full studio experience. The pack was designed using legendary synthesizers and electric pianos, a grand piano, Pearl Reference Pure drums, with a Hybrid Exotic Snare and Zildjian K Custom Special Dry cymbals that the Ox helped design himself. All loops and one shots were processed and mixed by J3PO. About the artists: J3PO and The Ox are both part of The Lesson GK, a dynamic group of talented musicians based in NYC and LA who fuse elements of funk, jazz, soul and hip hop to create progressive yet approachable music.
