Port Rich Volume 1 has been a staple in the Soul Surplus sample library. To this day, it remains a best-seller, proving that this was a sound that producers everywhere were looking for. Over the last two and a half years, we’ve delivered five more volumes to the Port Rich series with compositions created not just for producers, but creatives everywhere.

Over time composition packs became more of a treat, as the team delved deep into creating melodic loop packs (or sample packs). The goal was to offer a product that helped open the flood gates for more flexibility in the creation process. The Port Rich sound had been reserved for the Port Rich composition series, but we figured it was time to create a melodic loop pack, packed with the Port Rich sound many have come to love.
