Splice Originals producer Erick Bardales, who created the Sensaciones and La Formula packs, is serving up Caribbean vibes, honing in on his Honduran Caribbean roots. Growing up on the coast of Puerto Cortes, Honduras, Panamanian reggae and dancehall music resonated from every corner. It was hard not to be influenced by popular artists like El Rookie, El General, Danger Man, and Kafu Banton. For this pack, he drew inspiration from his youth in Honduras and added a New Orleans twist, blending deep memories with current experiences. The result is a shimmering, tropical collection of bongos, steelpan, synths, guitars, ukele, FX, and more that have tastes of pop, reggae, dancehall, R&B, and electronica.

Flava D's House and Garage Sample Pack
Flava D is one of the British dance music scene's most versatile producers and DJs, effortlessly switching between styles such as grime, bassline house, UK garage, and R&B. She grew up listening to pirate radio and began producing music as a teenager. She first gained recognition as a grime producer around the beginning of the 2010s, working with MCs such as Wiley, Ghetts Maxsta, and others. Eventually, she began digitally releasing original UK garage tracks and remixes of hits by SWV, Aaliyah, and Disclosure. She's released tracks on the Butterz record label and is currently signed to Hospital Records. She's also one-third of the UK garage act TQD, alongside fellow producers Royal-T and DJ Q.

For this Splice Originals release, producer, composer, and sound designer, Ben Bromley sought out to answer the question: Where can a sound take you? Harnessing our deep yearning for the return of live music and in-person collaboration, we partnered with Ben to chart a journey across the United States, taking inspiration from a series of dreams set among natural wildernesses and cities; along rivers and roads that connect them. Our chosen vehicles were electric piano and piano, an ES-335 guitar, and a Rickenbacker bass, along with an alto saxophone, voice, and 25 new Serum presets. These sounds are soothing and spacey, lending a canvas to paint a dreamscape for the future.

Elise Trouw: Beats You Can Sing: Drum and Vocal Pack
The Elise Trouw Beats You Can Sing: Drum and Vocal Pack is a collection of expertly recorded drums and vocals, exploring simple yet versatile drum beats and vocal performances to inspire your compositions. With loops ranging from 60 bpm to 180 bpm, this pack delivers a treasure trove of sounds to build a solid musical foundation, while adding a unique and expansive sonic quality. These samples were recorded at Singing Serpent in San Diego, CA utilizing the Neve BCM 10 with original 1073 mic-pre EQ’s. The vocals were captured by a Soundelux E47. The kit was made up of the Singing Serpent house kit, as well as Paiste Dark Energy crashes and hi-hats, and a Paiste Big Beat 22” ride. The sounds in this collection were mixed, produced, and engineered by Henry Lunetta, and assisted by Conor Meads - delicately adding analogue flavour to the sounds while leaving dynamic and sonic headroom for the end user to further manipulate, rework in their own production. Elise Trouw is a SoCal based multimedia artist blazing her own path by redefining what it means to be a musician in popular music today. The San Diego native has gained notoriety through her unique approach to music as an independent artist. Two weeks after uploading an innovative live looping mashup of Foo Fighters’ “Everlong” and “What You Won’t Do for Love” by Bobby Caldwell, Elise caught the eye of talk show host Jimmy Kimmel who invited her to play on his show that same month. A few live looping videos and 30 million views later, Elise has continued to grow her online fan base around her artistry. All sounds are 100% royalty-free and every loop and one-shot has been meticulously crafted, curated and tempo-synced for ease of use.
Amapiano Revolution
For our New Amapiano pack our in-house producers teamed up with a variety of musicians, including two percussionists and a singer all of whom have experience with different styles, but especially the Afrobeats, Amapiano, and Afro house music genres.The percussion experts, who both graduated cum laude from the Strasbourg Conservatory and played with countless artists around the world, recorded the percussion instruments in their own studios, using equipment such as RME Fireface, Apollo X8, Scarlett Focusrite, Shure SM57, Shure Beta 52A, and Shure PGA27.With a thorough understanding of African rhythms and years of experience playing and recording in a variety of genres, all bongos, congas, shakers, cabasa, tablas, and other percussion instruments were played and recorded with passion and further processed at our Audentity Records studio into usable and powerful percussion sounds, while the drum sounds were created by a special layering of the percussion recordings and new synthetic drums or synthetic sounds only, ensuring that each element perfectly matches the Amapiano style. Since the release of his debut artist pack ‘ASMR Soul’ the young producer has received numerous requests for vocal stacks and a capellas with that same intimate singing approach. Bruner first pack received praise from the likes of Oliver (of Powertools), Lenno and Connor McDonough after reaching #6 on Splice’s popular charts. It also led to collaborations with the likes of M Phazes and Midi Jones on Alicia Creti’s single ‘Pity Party’ where Bruner’s subtle background vocals and harmonies can be heard. Bruner’s new pack ‘Focal Point’ draws a sonic parallel between light and sound. Bruner says “the process of recording the voice is like an auditory focal point. The sound reflects off the walls and then converges when it meets the microphone capsule. Not to mention the majority of this pack was created in the presence of natural light. I used a minimal recording setup which put more focus on ideas rather than gear. That’s just the direction I’m going in life as I let go of old behaviors and ways of thinking, so I’m glad it came through with this pack. It’s a lighter version of me.”
