Ovy On The Drums - also known as Daniel Oviedo - is a Colombian hitmaker, music producer, songwriter, and performer. He's produced for international stars such as Puerto Rican singers Anuel AA, Myke Towers and Ozuna, Argentine singer Paulo Londra and Colombian reggaeton artist Karol G—a collaboration that put his work on the map. Ovy was also named one of the Billboard’s Top 10 Latin Producers of 2021. He produced Karol G's hit single "Tusa" ft. Nicki Minaj, which was nominated for both Record of The Year and Song of The Year in the 2020 Latin GRAMMY Awards. He also produced Karol G’s Unstoppable album, which reached #2 on Billboard’s Top Latin Albums Chart and Latin Rhythms Albums Chart. Capsun returns with ‘Lofi Love Songs’, a collection of dusty lofi songstarters, vintage piano and keys samples, textured analogue synths and signature hardtuned vocals. A personal project to distill months of ideas, sound experiments and late night sessions and share the evolution of his sound. Capturing the soul of complex RnB chords, vibrating 808 subs and phasing guitars combined with saturated trap and hiphop drums to create a unique look at forward thinking pop production and electronic future beats. Inspirational tones, layers and artifacts are key and Capsun made use of everything from high end samplers and synths to the lowest of lofi processing. From high end valve microphones and recording classic analogue synths in LA studios to mumbled vocals in voice notes and melodies written on kitchen counters. Toy synths were tracked (and broken) in New York hotel rooms and drum machines sampled on sofas in Amsterdam. All soaked in foley, FX pedals, cassette, tape and vinyl fx recorded at Capsun ProAudio’s London and Brighton studios. A full kit of original drum hits, loops and percussion come loaded with Capsun’s signature processing crystal clear punch and saturated weight layered with authentic grit, noise and unexpected unique characteristics. Future Soul feat. Brandyn Burnette
Musician Brandyn Burnette who performs as EMAN8 and collaborated on the Devine Vocal Emanations release joined us at Splice Studios NYC once again. For this pack, he dove into the sounds of future soul while tapping his Jamaican roots for unique inspiration. With one foot in the past and the other in the future, Brandyn brought his silky falsetto and tenor, which lend themselves to pop and R&B perfection. He came up with riffs, melodies, hooks, and adlibs on the spot that have instantaneous hit-making quality and genre-bending potential.
Vinyl Drums From Mars
Vinyl Drums From Mars is a collection of acoustic drum and percussion hits created from scratch, cut to vinyl, and sampled. We recorded our vintage 1960s Rogers kit with an assortment of snares, cymbals and percussion - using a combination of vintage and modern microphones, through a 1608 console and tube preamps direct to two different 2-track tape machines.These sounds were then cut to vinyl and sampled in pristine quality fresh off the lathe at the mastering studio. We then sampled the record at our studio with a combination of different needles, turntables, play speeds, phono preamps, and outboard gear. We made sure to also degrade the vinyl both by letting it play over time, as well as by scratching, scuffing and otherwise messing it up to get the punchiest and dirtiest vinyl drums imaginable! This pack contains everything from clean, dead and dry, classic vinyl drums, to dusty and degraded, dirty and effected, re-pitched, unexpected and modern sounds. We’ve organised these samples into 20 super playable drum kits over a range of sound, genre, and aesthetic, as well as included 278 of our favourite additional miscellaneous vinyl drum one shots from these sessions.

Dusty Hip-Hop 3 offers an assortment of WAV, drum hits, one-shots and Beatmaker presets to deliver full-fledged inspiration for the beat producer in mind. Dusty Hip-Hop 3 is the result of countless studio performances, sampling and resampling sessions, capturing various vintage kit such as keys, pianos, organs, vocals, and drums. At the heart of the collection is the use of various vintage gear such as 12-bit samplers, master quality reel-to-reel tape and printing sounds to vinyl and bringing back into the digital realm in the name of dusty, warm and round sonics.

Afro Dancehall Vol 2
Led by producer, Iss 814, Splice Sessions: Afro Dancehall Volume 2 is the final release in our Senegal series. It explores the regional take on Afro Dancehall. ISS 814 created a collection of Afrobeats samples with the rhythms and instruments of Senegal, such as the ngoni, kora, talking drum, and balafon, while also borrowing the sounds of its neighboring countries: Nigeria, Ghana, Tanzania, and more. Afrobeats (also known as Afro-pop or Afro-fusion) is an overarching term to describe popular music from West Africa and the diaspora that developed in Nigeria, Ghana, and the UK in the 2000s and 2010s. Afrobeats is less of a musical style and more of a descriptor for a fusion of sounds resulting from the diaspora. Gathering influence from trends in the U.S., Jamaica, and Trinidad, Afrobeats became an international sensation. Today, Afrobeats dominates airwaves and computer speakers in the Western world. In April 2021, Davido's song "Fall" became the first Nigerian Afrobeats song to receive over 200 million views on YouTube. In the same year, Wizkid and Tems became the first Nigerian pop artists to earn a spot on the Billboard Hot 100 with their song "Essence", while Burna Boy became the first African artist to earn 100 million streams across three albums each on Spotify. In September 2021, Ckay became the second Nigerian pop artist to debut on the Billboard Hot 100 with his song "Love Nwantiti", which peaked at number one in India, the Netherlands, Norway, and Switzerland. In the same month, Wizkid's "Essence" became the first African song to be certified platinum and reach the top ten of the Billboard Hot 100.

Cassette Keys: Vintage Pianos & Lofi Synths is an exploration into refined live recording of classic instruments fused with contemporary sampling and sound design techniques. Discover over 400 keys loops and one shots including classic lofi synths, clean hifi pianos, 100s of complex rolled chords, resampled dusty electric piano and rich Hammond organs. Built to evoke hiphop and trap sonics but with the character to inspire any genre. Instruments include a vintage Steinway grand piano, baby grand and 1890’s upright piano, the full spectrum of electric piano models, original Hammond Organ amped through a Leslie cabinet and classic Wurlitzer electric piano. The synth lineup includes some of our personal favourites Juno 106, Moog SubPhatty, Jupiter 8, DX7 and on the lofi end the Yamaha Portasound VSS480 and PSS480! We recorded and engineered professional session musicians at some of London’s best studios and live spaces including The Pool Recording Studio, Livingston Studio 1, Dock Street Studio and the CPA London Studio. We made full use of vintage, highend and unique instruments, microphones, preamps and outboard gear. At the CPA studio we curated the most interesting and inspiring performances from the sessions and mixed the clean audio to taste. We then went to work resampling through our collection of various vintage tape formats including original Revox reeltoreel, Tascam Portastudio, 8Track, modified cassette recorders and Walkmans and even a 1980s Fisher Price toy cassette recorder! Finally the audio was resampled again, effected, pitched and chopped with a selection of boutique fx pedals, hardware saturation and digital emulations creating a wide range of tones, textures and nostalgic sonic character. High quality inspiration ready to drop into your DAW or sampler of choice.

This kit fuses modern trap hits with more vintage live and sampled elements including thick kicks, crispy 808 style snares, powerful rimshots cracks, lo-fi and trap style hi-hats, stacked claps and custom percussion. Arthouse Acoustics are a collective of professional live musicians and sound creators. For this project they went deep writing original compositions, recording live guitars, bass, vintage keys and vocals and experimenting with creative processing from their studio in Brighton, UK. These acoustic and analogue recordings were chopped, processed and re-sampled to offer truly uniques textures, layers and melodic inspiration. Every loop has been meticulously key-tagged and tempo-synced. Designed to perfectly inspire and compliment Trap Soul, Future RnB, Melodic Rap, Soulful Hip-Hop and Pop Beats.

Grammy-nominated music producer Taiko (Nicolás Jaña ) was born in Buin, Santiago de Chile. He started making beats at the age of 15, reaching the ears of Black Koi Ent.'s Sky Rompiendo in 2019 through Instagram. Later, Rompiendo invited him to join the label. Taiko's sounds now appear on Bad Bunny’s “Una Vez” featuring Mora, Jhay Cortez’s “Easy”, and J Balvin’s “Rojo”.By age 11, after hearing reggaeton throughout his youth on the streets of Chile, on the radio, and on TV, Taiko decided he wanted to be a DJ. He started mixing in Virtual DJ, and about two years later, he downloaded FL Studio and made his first beats.However, Taiko has never focused on just one genre. His productions are built on three main pillars: minimalism, texture, and atmosphere. When he does incorporate reggaeton, he usually starts with a melody designed to transport you to another place and then layers on a reggaeton bassline to define the rhythm.
